It's Tuesday and you know what that means! If you don't, then read the post that I posted right before this one! It's titled "You know what that means...now". This week has been a pretty hard one for me. I'm trying my hardest to become healthier but every time it looks like I'm making some headway, something happens to cause me to have to take a step back. Today however, was an amazing day. I hope it can continue. My biggest issue right now is drinking energy drinks and that terrible thing called gluten. I'm not going to make excuses for myself because if I do that then I'll keep doing it every time I do something I don't want to do anymore.
This week will be better. I'm keeping track of things now in my planner. I'm going to make myself liable for what I have accomplished and what I am still lacking in.
